Thermal Transfer Ribbons

Thermal transfer ribbons (carbon ribbons) are designed for use in thermal printers. We help you choose the right high-quality ribbon based on your printing equipment, the material you print on, and the intended use of the label.

Types of thermal transfer ribbons:

Wax ribbon

Premium wax ribbons offer high print resolution, even for small text. They provide good resistance to mechanical wear and are suitable for printing on a wide range of materials, including matte and gloss paper, cardboard, and some films.

Wax/Resin ribbon

Wax-resin ribbons provide improved resistance to smudging, scratches, and limited chemical exposure. They are suitable for printing on gloss paper, matte or gloss cardboard, and synthetic materials such as PE, PP, and PVC. Ideal for modern, high-speed, high-resolution printers.

Resin ribbon

Resin ribbons are designed for maximum durability and long-term performance. They deliver excellent print quality with strong resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and temperature changes. Suitable for 600 dpi printers and recommended for synthetic materials such as PE, PP, PET, and PVC. Not recommended for matte or gloss paper.
