This website is operated by Etimark Labels. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Etimark Labels. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Products and Services

We supply:

Blank label rolls
Printed labels
Custom-sized or custom-printed labels
Special-order materials

Many of our products are made to order according to customer specifications.

Sample and Proof Approval

For custom or printed label orders:

A sample, proof, or specification may be provided before production.
Production begins only after customer approval.
By approving the sample or proof, the customer confirms:
- Design accuracy
- Size and material specifications
- Print content and layout
- Overall quality expectations

Once approval is given and production has started, the order becomes non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made by us.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice.
Payment is required before production unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order
Limit quantities
Request additional information before accepting an order

Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

All artwork, sizes, and specifications are correct
Shipping details are accurate
Any required approvals are provided on time

We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer before production.

Intellectual Property

Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or designs supplied for printing.

We are not liable for any intellectual property disputes related to customer-provided artwork.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

This does not affect any statutory rights under UK or EU consumer law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in the customer’s country.
